This task force will combine human and tech resources to find and eliminate wasteful spending as well as ineligible or obsolete county contracts.

Morale is at an all-time low among our Constables, Sheriff’s Deputies and Fire Departments. These men and women must be given the proper tools, policies, wages and respect commensurate with the absolute vitality of their role in the peace and safety of Harris County Residents. No more Marxist Policies.

As part of the tax rate function of Commissioners Court, any Veteran over 65 and all others over 70 will be made Property Tax Exempt. Discounts at age 65 will remain in place.

Billions of dollars have been squandered in Harris County on our homelessness problem; enough to have solved this problem many times over. We will transition them to transitional housing and equip them with the life skills to finally overcome.

Work with DOCE to audit HCTRA and discover waste. HCTRA should not be a FOR-profit entity.

Place a salary cap for any County employee in any department not to exceed 75% of any County Commissioner.

To reduce costs, customize programs and maximize wellness and productivity.

Cancel burglar alarm fees for residential and commercial properties.

The payment of legal fees incurred by any County Commissioner or the County Judge in connection with the regular course of duty are to be voted on and approved by the Commissioner’s Court. Any fees determined to be the result of misuse, abuse of office or other acts of corruption or racketeering will not be paid Harris County Tax Payers.

The County must eliminate wasteful spending and the irresponsible practices associated with “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion”. We will make all decisions based on merit and never again on quotas and social engineering.
